1- What are your shipping methods?

We offer same day shipping on all US domestic orders. All orders are shipped via USPS.

2- What is the delivery timeline?

We offer free 15-day shipping on all orders within the USA. You may also choose 10-day standard shipping for $8 or 5-day express shipping for $15.

3- How do I return items?

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@jessicameadowcompany.com If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

4- What items can be returned?

Items must be shipped with a postmark within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. They must be in original condition and unused clothes inside the original packaging.

5- Are there any return fees?

There is no return charge, however, original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

6- How soon will I receive my refund?

As soon as your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within 10 business days.

7- I want to request a cancellation, but the goods have already been shipped?

You can cancel mid-fulfillment, but when the goods arrive at your residence you must refuse to receive the product, the goods will return to our stock and we will refund the amount after the product arrives in our warehouse.
